2. BUSINESS ACTIVITY
We are an education-services provider offering online and hybrid training programs in holistic health, hypnotherapy, Vedic sciences, and allied wellness disciplines, including certification pathways delivered in association with Medhavi Skills University and NSDC-approved skill frameworks.
3. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
When you enroll in a course, you are purchasing:
a) time-limited access to recorded lessons, workbooks, and assignments on our LMS; b) live sessions with the instructor and co-instructor as per the course schedule; c) membership of the relevant Sadhak Community group for the course duration; d) certification upon successful completion, where applicable and subject to assessment.
You are not purchasing a cure for any condition, a guaranteed spiritual experience, or any specific income outcome.
4. PRICE INFORMATION
4.1. All prices shown on the website and LMS are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.
4.2. The breakdown of base fee, discount, and GST is shown on the checkout page and the tax invoice you receive after payment.
4.3. We do not apply hidden charges. Any optional add-ons (printed materials, one-on-one sessions, international shipping) are disclosed before purchase.
5. SERVICE DELIVERY
5.1. How digital access is delivered
- Upon successful payment, you receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation with your receipt, invoice, and onboarding link.
- Your LMS account is activated within 2 working hours of confirmation (usually instantly).
- You may log in immediately at https://learn.izwp.info using your registered email.
- The Sadhak Community invitation is sent within 24 working hours.
- Live-session calendar invites are sent at least 48 hours before the first session.
5.2. How physical items are delivered (if any)
Where a course includes a printed workbook, crystal kit, Sujok tools, or similar physical item:
- Shipped within 3β5 working days of order confirmation via a reputable courier.
- Expected delivery 5β10 working days for metro cities, 10β15 working days for other locations within India.
- International shipping: 10β25 working days, quoted separately; customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
- Tracking details sent by email and WhatsApp.
- On receipt, please check the package at the time of delivery and raise any damage claim within 48 hours to support@healersmeet.com.
5.3. Technical requirements
To access the course you need:
- a device (laptop / tablet / phone) with a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox β current major version);
- a stable internet connection (at least 2 Mbps for video playback);
- a working email and WhatsApp number for course communications.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection meet these minimum requirements.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
6.1. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 you are entitled to:
- accurate description of goods and services;
- timely delivery;
- fair terms;
- redressal of grievances (see our Grievance Redressal Mechanism).
6.2. You may approach the appropriate Consumer Commission (District, State, or National) if your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked from the website footer).
8. DISPUTES
Governed by the Terms and Conditions, Section 16 (arbitration at Bhopal, with consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 preserved).
9. CHANGES
Any change to the information on this page will be updated promptly, with the "Last updated" date refreshed.
